What a hysterical post!!..........if it is a CRIMINAL OFFENCE as you state then why hasn't the ASX taken action........LAKE did what they had to do IMMEDIATELY they identified the non-compliance.ie THEY MADE THE MARKET AWARE IMMEDIATELY...........cut the dramatics and do your best to raise your level of COMPREHENSION so you better understand the FACTS..........read this a few times, it will help with the understanding part.......''The company has a clear policy on share trading and on a single occasion there was an inadvertent non-compliance in respect of trades made during a close period when otherwise the market was fully informed.
