    Ah, there's the rub, to sue you need to argue that J Crap has done material damage in some way. Seeing that the share price has risen above its mark when the report was issued, JCrap have more chance of suing LKE for exposing their incompetence.
    I'm sure that that guy with the cat avatar will have an opinion when he returns from holiday.
