Perception of bad management- Tom pissed everyone off imo when BRB's resource was reduced a couple of years back when market expected an upgrade after a years worth of drilling (more went into indicated though). They also kept shifting the goal post on when the next upgrade would be.
I think he's been sticking to the timeline much tighter lately in regards to upgrades.
