    Why is Nick Lindsay still on the Board - simple, continuity of knowledge. In the real world (not the world of bean-counters, stockbrokers and white-ants), if you sack your technical team, everything goes backwards for 1 - 2 years. He's been running the show on the technical/operations side and doing a damn fine job at it. You my friend, don't have a clue. Culling technical management now would be a total disaster.
