Tasman trading over the next days and weeks will bear watching.
Notwithstanding that the core is being cut and sent to the lab for assay, the guys on site will have a pretty good idea what they are dealing with.
In addition to the visuals, there are numerous XRF Hand Held analysers in the market place and whilst they don't give bankable assay figures, they do give a pretty accurate read for a wide range of elements inc copper.
The trading today was quite strong and I won't be surprised to see it step up steadily in the next few weeks.
Lake Torrens is FMG's chance to do to the copper industry what it has done to Iron Ore so don't be surprised if there are some game changing moves in the weeks ahead.
