Dependent on how they've structured their stages before Dry Commissioning they should already have completed

Pre-commissioning checks - Initial Energisation - check HV & LV power to everything, check network comms to everything (fibre, Ethernet, serial) check Inputs & outputs of MCC modules.

Dry Commissioning or No Load testing - bump motors to check direction (aligned before this), energise/check instrument installation/set up/confirm range/calibrate - loop checks, check logic via simulation (ie tank stop/start motor/valve levels), set dosing pump stroke, BOP usually up & going here ie service/instrument air, service water. Greenline drawings (as commissioned drawings).

Wet Commissioning - everything is energised, simulated logic has been checked, so this is now where the rubber meets the road - system & process engineers start their functional & sequence testing in real life.

Because they had a lot of the gear operating in those containers off site & have put it all through it's paces, the instrument settings, process times, temperatures, pressures ie operational parameters will be known & the plc/dcs logic will also be fairly robust.

But 14 September they've reached mechanical completion & that's a major milestone.
