    At no point does this settle the dispute. All this proves is that Lilac has built the pilot plant infrastructure and is now commencing its attempt at 1000 hours and 2.5t produced.

    Which still remains unproven. Still risk here given the fact Lilac has absolutely no wriggle room left for breakdowns or failures.. Will be touch and go ..
