Harvest isn't delayed by the new pond design as that I would suggest is an after thought ( excuse) ,Harvest delayed due to the lack of constant brine circulating through train 2 & 3 ( or dilution !) which where finished pre covid last year.
Assume those "new" harvest cells on train 3 will need lining as the others are and that will not be easy especially in the wettest part of the lake and will cost more $$$$$.
