To sue for defamation when referring to him as "lying, fraudulent" then the plaintiff would have to first prove that he hasn't lied, or fraudlently handled this mess. Considering his twitter and official ann. here, that would be a tall order to prove innocence on.
Then there would have to be proof that the words here harmed his reputation and demonstrate the consequences of what Bio or others have said.

Finally if someone in his position were to get offended about words on the internet criticizing him of obvious mistakes and take legal action, how would investors feel? I bet they'd think he's prioritizing his reputation and spending his time on that rather than fixing his mistakes in the company. A great look eh?
