Regardless of whatever sevo has or may post on HC, the person who has done the most damage to Tony's reputation is.... Tony!

In fact he has totally #rocket #so4 #tosspot ripped it to shreds.

He has made promises that he must have known were rubbish. He has raised money, more than once, on promises and facts that now appear ludicrous. These are not trivialities or minor character flaws. These are serious issues that have cost investors hundreds of millions of dollars.

So, what damage has Tony's reputation suffered and who is to blame and what is the quantum?

What damage has been done to shareholder value, by whom, and who is to blame? (hint - the number is hundreds of millions and the who it is not sevo).

So, talking of litigation, I would not be surprised if you are correct that Tony's next endeavor may see him involved in extensive litigation. However, I suspect Tony will be the respondent rather than the claimant and the class action will be a lot more serious than accusations of spinning BS yarns and being defamed by a HC post.
