Interestingly , more money is lost by people spreading exuberance than fear .
With this company being a pretty good example, although it is no orphan in this sector.
The question will be whether those losses have consequences for those who caused them.
Incompetence or bad luck shouldn't be punished , but if it is willfully concealed , then the liability you speak of becomes real.
