Bottom line is there is no evidence that the mine or the processing plant has worked.
Plenty of evidence to the contrary .
No hard evidence that the company knew of this state of affairs , but that of course brings into question their competence.
It also doesn't engender confidence that this management is likely to be the best team to make it all better.

And David , yes , the buck does stop with "Tony" .
