Using COVID as an excuse the same as he did last year when they wasted all the money, the team ended up with 40% paycuts, stand downs and extended rosters.
If they survive they need to make sure the suppliers are all paid especially the smaller ones and then seriously trim the overheads starting with the overstaffed Operational Readiness team that been hanging around the gravy boat for 2 years...
The Salts are not going to precipitate at this time of year to any great extent especially if there is rain around.
