    Yes, there are some hints that it's a date-driven announcement (released on the Monday before the SPP closes) rather than a milestone driven one, which you would expect to see when the project hit 90% completion rather than 88%.

    Nevertheless it ticks a few boxes, and the share price response reflects that.
