I think it is likely, there is a combination of reasons, I'll list them. First Matt is a smart guy . . > The cost of production of fertilizer, using gas to manufacture has risen dramatically. Some manufacturers have stopped producing for the time being, as it is not too economic for them at this time. As a consequence, the fertilizer price has risen. It is needed, but they use the manufacture fertilizer. APC got natural organic fertilizer, dried with the sun - it is a premium product, the kind you want to use if you can get hold of it & afford to use it. Even if they don't get the quantities out, that they had predicted, it will still be economic at these prices. I think these are the primary reasons they jumped on APC today. But as a sideline, the gold JV could always be a surprise were they to hit a decent intersection
