The comment about compromised technology and beholden to a particular country is clearly directed at KLL.
I’m not sure their supplier would appreciate those comments.
Interestingly KLL and SO4 both used Canadian expertise for their test work (SRC) as did AMN. AMN is now also with Novopro. The Canadian’s like the Germans have both leveraged off of their domestic MOP industries to advise on potash globally.
I still think APC’s fate is linked to success at KLL.
