I can see why the announcement came through. A bit of frustration of how these buttheads are scrambling to fix things.

I agree with Sevo that APC is tied to KLL until itself can move into production.

I don't think KLL will go under as long as they start producing and selling at higher price points than what was in the business case.

Definitely not a good look with KLL at moment. They better start managing the process like a hawk else i can only see their share price going south.

As this is a new industry for Australia, we have limited knowledge in the end to end process. Companies are going to make mistakes from the onset. What is important is if the resource exists and secondly being able to extract it cheaply enough to make a profit. Marketing is an outcome of being able to extract the resource from the ground.

Having KLL and S04 stuff a lot of good will in the industry is placing APC with additional conditions and requirements for further funding. I believe this company has the right smarts and due diligence to move this project forward.

Over 25% of boreholes have been drilled out. Possibly another 20% by end of June. Give management some credit. Yes indeed it is also easy to throw stones at other companies but i think the success of the industry will be tied to both KLL and APC. We are a long way away and we will be sooner enough watching product being moved to the ports.
