I thought that their DFS and field demonstrations in 2022 ironed out any issues? When UEC pulled out in 2023, that threw a curveball at management relating to resin processing capability (to create yellowcake), which the PEN team has now incorporated as in-house capability. Low PH ISR extraction is not new, it's a standard in the industry (so I don't think we have any risk there). Major risks I can see is simply not reaching site/plant completion on time & budget (which a quality PM and contractors 'should' be able to ensure happens....but never seem to..lol). Can you point me towards the first plant failure you're referring to? Thanks.
