You're right but in the process of being burned there have been several false starts and capial raises.

I managed to get the last bit right selling virtually all PEN at 11-12 c and then buying the raising at 7c.
I can see longer-term PEN supporters are "tired" it's why they didn't support the last 10c raising as well as the Instos. Or maybe they are just smart. Time will tell.

All IMVHO.
PS there are ones like Hussy who are not prepared to forgive them, I don't blame him at all. He was a massive supporter before and had a huge breach of trust. More than one in the several capital raises.
