Hey arsenic,
you seem fairly educated on the topic so would love any additional insight you might have. My understanding re alkaline vs acid leach is that it really comes done to the geology i.e. more acidic geo can have acidic leach whereas more alkaline geo requires alkaline leach (alkaline leach into acidic ground just neutralises leach process) and that all the other uranium ISR outfits in Wyoming use the alkaline process because thats what the geology supports and was why there was an inital strong bias in this direction.
When you look at the Lance geography from a birds eye it is quite remote and varied to the other operations so not insurmountable to believe it may be different. Acid leach is supperior to alkaline in general.
to me the rub is… how much of their geology is amenable? You can prolly bank on the first few wells but eventually their likely to hit some more alkaline geo that screws their plan
