coping over the sell depth up to 13c and calculating the dollar value of it all. ~$3m isn't really much resistance by itself and it could disappear at a moments notice but realistically you are probably right on resistance because there is likely much more waiting to be added to the orderbook but held back so as to not spook everyone.
