    Pen keeps finding a reason to delay this project and thats with one of the best contracts book..

    If you go back to the FT the only reasonable recovery was when PEN did a short injection wells circuit to the recovery well, the longer circuits FT failed to recovery anything meaningful..

    So with that its still questionable how Low pH will perform.
