John,.. I stated any meaningful production wouldn't be until late 2025, yes PEN states back into production in 18 months but that will take time to ramp up meaningful production.

No one knows what will happen with contracts for 2024/5 as Wayne being a little coy, but what we do know is 650klbs for both years will not be delivered and that a lot of missed funds that would of been used for the resin back end..
And its a setback for the Utilities they also need deliveries to be filled sound like a lot of pounds to put off for a later date,.. Dont know if Utilities are understanding or if that just lip service from Wayne... Utilities can be flexible to a point but PEN deliveries has nearly all has come from Spot market which Utilities could have purchase themselves but pay PEN almost double for years.

UEC acquired an number of projects in the area, this was in the UEC announcements for all to see Wayne should of had risk in place before FID.
After the event yes it was predictable Wayne should of moved sooner is wasn't a timely fashion reassurance should of been made before the FID that Wayne job..Whatever way you want to look at it John this is a stuff up the market is saying so...
