There are other U companies( and other mining companies for that fact) that need to raise money for their respective projects which are higher than their current market cap.

They have cash, they can stage the works and they can also obtain project finance. There are various ways they can go about executing the CAPEX for the project. Equity may only be a small part of it. The mix could be 20% equity 20% cash and 60% project finance. Or they can do a JV with someone.
