This is no laughing matter for PEN. I revise my price forecast from previous to below 5c. You should understand that PEN has never kicked goals and now they are not even on the field. I cannot see any sensible financier supporting a $100M price tag for third attempt. Not with Wayne's track record. It is clear that Wayne has no idea how to run a business. PEN will be in the doldrums for at least 2 years. Your money is better spent elsewhere. If you can mount a sensible argument against this critique, I'm all ears.

To phishpheet. Your question on compatibility of chemistry between PEN and UEC is a very good question. I think you are almost bang on. It makes sense but I haven't had time to evaluate in detail. Good call though.
