Albert,... This stuff up will hold PEN SP back for some time, it been bad management a number of times now and the market is not going to be so forgiving.
Plus no meaningful production until late 2025 "IF" there no more delays, loss of income on large contract sales for 2024 and 5.
And with this stuff up market expecting CR's that could come at any time and more to follow..
With PEN MC if a T/O offer doesn't come you got to wonder why, what wrong with a company that has 50mlbs has a plant and contracts that no offer has come..?????
Only thing i can think of is lowpH may not perform in a meaningful way.
