phisp, all boats are going to rise it could be speculation or fundamental.

Im sure the likelyhood of PEN being a Disallowed in 2 years is not as high as some other potenial uranium junior producers, but i have positions in those as well.

Im sure most people here have other holdings in the U sector than PEN and if we all had a crystal ball we would have our money junior who is going to perform best in this bull market, but adding PEN to my holdings makes sure if the market gets silly (crossing fingers) then at least im exposed.

So instead of trashing on PEN with every ounce of energy you have (seems endless) just know most holders understand your concerns and are holding this to find out the answer to the question you have raised. Depending on those questions either we make or lose money.
