IIRC they have existing medium-term buy contracts lined up that match with their long-term sell contracts out for the next few years, with their held inventory being capable of filling those for some amount of time after that. Not aware of which announcement (if any) details this but if you search Crux/Proactive/small caps youtubes for the Wayne Heili interview(s?) from the past few weeks, it's definitely outlined in that. Off the top of my head I can't remember if the contracts on either side have any spot dependency. But yeah I believe they're not exposed to a spot overshoot while they're still not in production (but DYOR to be sure, if it's something you want certainty on). Good question though.
