Do you think there is no relationship between down ramping and market sentiment. In general
and then specifically in PEN particularly if they are acting repeatedly and in concert ?
I think the jury is out.
For instance, I think Rick Rule's comments could move the market, and I have seen it in other (copper) penny dreadful stocks.
IMVHO.
