PEN has around 8000 shareholders there are likely over 10k now with the coverage its had since then and volume. Some high net worth individuals buying and a lot of eyes on pen now. Do some dd out on social media and you will see what I mean . COMPARE THEM to others and they have a lot more shareholders coming, institutions I believe are coming back too. Until then I am buying more shares.
