they just need to stick to the timelines now. If they can this is clearly inexpensive, especially in US dollars which matters. Peers such as BOE are capped at $1bn. PEN doesnt have to match BOE but even 50% of BOE would make people happy.

Uranium is a tough market but every indicator points toward a bull market coming. I feel as many do that PEN is in play and any forward looking acquirer would know U prices are going higher eventually. AUD going lower also helps $US based earnings.
All that money that gets spent on plant and equipment doesnt disappear, any acquirer would inherit it all anyway.

If this all turns out well I think people can look back on the hiring of Guerin as the turning point.
