When I saw the price drop this morning I read the announcement with apprehension, expecting grim tidings.
But it was pretty innocuous I think.
Three passages caught my eye:-
1. At risk of being delayed - this sounds a long way from a shutout
2. Resolving this matter amicably - is that the rustle of distant lawyers I hear
3. Including the previous drilling at Farrelly - casting my mind back to some long distant Commercial Law units the words implied agreement stand out - particularly when considerable monies have been expended, presumably without objection
