Correct, but not a land bank of 1,600Ha adjacent to a Directors and major shareholders holding of near 10,000Ha with a 12 month back lease to that same Director whilst they contemplate their navel. Try something that has an operating business with cash-flow and substantial development opportunity.
Yes, this lot are yet to prove their mettle and they certainly haven't cut the mustard in the market yet.
