    Can't believe people are selling this at these prices. Net asset over twice the market cap.

    I reckon this will end up a multibag in time. They've just bought a premium $4m property and have a market cap of $5m hahahahaha

    This is how you get wealthy. Buy massively undervalued shares at these prices and go play at the beach for couple years. Sell for 10x the price once the project advances.
