S-B post this morning was interesting re having sufficient capacity for a placement (under S7.1 and S7.1A) without further approval from shareholders. But the announcement specifically said shareholder approval at a General Meeting was required to create the options. They also said they 'must be acquired on or before 20 Feb', so the answer is obvious.

The only way it is not D-day is if the stuffed up with the announcement. So yes, it is D-day or we get another announcement saying they stuffed up on the 3 Jan announcement and either a GM is not required or the 20 Feb date was not meant to be the deadline.

Maybe the SP is under pressure because of the realization of this.
