Yes there is a thing called the ASX disclosure rules, in essence they have to announce new info ...which AVZ have done.
Also AVZ does not determine whether the Ann is sensitive or not the ASX does that. Most informed Traders/Investors would know that.
For me this ann is simply another uncertainty that has been closed off. More certainty means higher valuations ultimately. So another "Box" ticked.
I sense an uptick in the rhetoric from the "perpetual doom and gloom brigade" recently... which means they are getting worried price/momentum could be shifting away from them v.soon. Fair enough, If I was them (...trying to troll and squeeze price a few ticks lower to buy) I would be concerned as well.
The sector momentum is snowballing in size at a faster and faster pace now. Its little bit like trying to hold back the oceans incoming tide armed with a childs toy bucket and a shovel.
