You are correct in that it's not particularly clear in the announcement if there's an ongoing benefit.

On my first quick read this morning I thought they were implying that there was, but on subsequent reads I'm not so sure. Perhaps that's "commercial and in confidence" and thus deliberately unclear.

It's also a different party to the one named in the recent presentation, unless I'm mistaken. Admittedly, I'm still getting up to speed on this company. I got a strong recommendation to have a look at it a while back, so built an initial stake based on how much I respect the person who told me about it (no, not an insider at all!) but I got distracted on other more pressing issues and have just come back to it today. It's also not particularly liquid so it's the type of stock to buy in general market panic when volumes are selling, in my opinion.
