Hey Trommel, dare I say sroyle reported results from the KNL AGM where management commented '... German Govt regard graphite as 'strategic resource' with KfW IPEX-Bank to pursue Untied Loan Guarantee(UFK) on satisfactory RAP framework completion.'
So this confirms at least from another stock that RAPs are criteria for furthering debt finance.
