There is a simplier explaination for this. Desperation for self consolation. Irrational behaviour.
No matter from which perspective, 50% dilution at 0.18c will be a daylight robbery. Unless, you are a new investor looking to buy a piece of this company for pennies of the dollar, there's nothing for the Existing Shareholder to celebrate about.
