I think this is a great deal for DYM shareholders. The company get upfront cash which will negate the need for a cap raise thus lessening dilution. They get an experienced partner to help with exploration and cover a majority of the costs and they get to keep all the nickel and gold resources.
I was dubious as to the lithium resource anyway. This gives them a free hit and subsidises all other exploration activities. If the gold exploration finds anything then this will be a very valuable tenement.
After being on the sidelines I bought back in today. I think this is a company making announcement. I expect the share price to be higher once the day traders are out and investors have had a chance to process this news.
