To some extent we already doing that in real life.
eg, we used to be able to trade diabl0 weapon using diabl0 in game currency and some how we were able to sell them in USD back in 6-8 years ago. I think it was diablo 2 from memory. I sold a cross bow for USD 43.
The trade back then wasnt efficient and having a platform like GameFi with ingame currency would be an good idea. To my understanding the platform is able to launch multiple games so the concept I am guessing is then all the games have the same currency or able to convert to one common currency. Roblox is running something similar apparently and market cap is like 70b usd?
