Trimmings when the money roles in to the company of Directors fees as a long standing Director regardless of age.
Adam Taylor has my Vote also RH has my vote as Directors and both have skin in it.
Also someone in that Mt Isa office with a four wheel drive vehicle and heavy mining experience to step on the toes of the drilling contractors over all the sites ( Non Director just employee ).
