    Hi Beach,
    Many including myself agree wholeheartedly.

I want to say just two things.

    1. The Alpacas have the numbers. I think the whole idea of the Alpaca Army being drawn together (by Dr West, long before he was a director) was to give members confidence that when a time came, if ever it did, shareholders would carry the vote.

    2. The directors Inca needs, given it holds one of the biggest tenement holdings in what could shape up to be a new Mt Isa like mineral complex, don't hang from trees to be picked like the low hanging fruit in ICG right now. Nor do they hide under rocks in the hot desert.
OK please excuse the hyperbole, but the message in my mind is that it's important to get the right people, more so than have them now.

So we need all to have patience - and don't assume that current directors have no further contributions to make - compromise can be good, and diverging views often lead to mature decisions.

GL. All above are personal beliefs and views.
