Cannot agree with you any more. I have been in this company for 7 years now. They spent most of time waiting. Waiting for permits, waiting for S32 to sign JV, waiting for third party to deliver the survey results, waiting for government to release the assay results, and now have waited 4 months for dry season! I think most of the roles(especially Ross's) this company have should be part time, given they are always waiting and not actually doing anything.
