    The consolidation will be great for LNY/SVG.

    Reduce the buy sell spread and thereby make us more attractive to the sophisticated investors.

    This is not a just a 'view' either, I've 'road-tested' this thesis with some very well connected advisors and sophs of my acquaintance.

    That's why I advocated for it so firmly. It's good business.

    More to do, but this was a 'first order of business' matter to be addressed.
