    you are spot on Doc, we have waited too long and put up with the go slow attitudes of the BOD, fatcatting in their high rise offices throwing us a bone to appease us when AGMs near. Im jack of them myself, I like the resource and its potential but am really at odds to tolerate the management for much longer!
