It's unsubstantiated news at this stage, but it seems very specific, but time will tell.
The action of Cameco last week gave some hints something was afoot in the supply market behind the scenes.
How this may affect Kazatomprom, I guess we don't know, but one would assume it would be unlikely they could return to full production under these sort of conditions.
If it's true, it's certainly a significant development for the uranium supply market and PDN will go much higher than 13c this week.
