Totally agree. Poor comms from our BOD. …TEM’s Ann an interesting read though; and well spotted Mr P. .. Hard to imagine that Lole’s amalgamation with TEM, plus all the Ts and Cs of their conditional $25.69m equity transaction sale, will/can be met before our Sept extension to the binding agreement. .. Wonder if there will be further negotiations. ..and/or if LNR deems shareholders worthy enough to be kept informed. ?.
