Hi GD, my understanding is that it’s an amalgamation with TEM in lieu of Lole listing.. and of course Lole mining has serious experience within its team..eg Iain McPherson who plans to restart the mine, albeit at a cost of $220 plus million - as per the png business report in April: .. If executed LNR will have a small investment in TEM, at around 5 cents plus per share for their equity sale of all the FNT png tenements.…. Pretty clever deal for Howard Lole if he pulls it off … all imo of course. Please correct me if my interpretation is wrong
