Totally agree with other disillusioned shafeholders. Poor optics, that make it hard not to think that share holders have been dissed in favour of Inyati’s and LNR’s so called, and anonymous, “sophisticated investors » Does management not know, or care, that Perception is everything? ..My disillusionment is with management, rather than with the sector. I had been trying to give management the benefit of the doubt after their poor handling of the Lole Mining deal (for a mere $2 million). Was this premature CR with Inyati in anticipation of the Lole deal falling through after the extension next month ? .. Or, more worryingly, as it is being perceived ?
